Golf was more fun when the clubs were wooden and the second shots might require a long iron. Not saying people scored better, but golf was not all about getting the ball 300 yards off the tee, and a long wedge. I am sure younger golfers would not agree - but then again they have only known clubs made of carbon graphite, titanium, or some other rare element from the periodic table.

When you go into that bathroom instead of putting in ply wood you should use durorock or permabase that way any spills on the floor won’t cause rot again

Is a cement foundation or plywood. If it’s cement you could do epoxy flooring looks beautiful like marble and is super durable and pretty fast and if you do it your self rather cheap I did my house a room at a time each room cost about 350 bucks my living room was like 900 ish. The cabinets I would leave in sand them buy some chalk paint and lime wash and faux finish them like a whitish grey they would look awesome.

Ok my opinion The kitchen cabinets I'm more a big fan of stain than paint probably comes from my father and grand father who was a master carpenter so that said I'd take all the doors sand them down then the frame work I know you probably want a lighter kitchen so 2 thoughts 1 light stain on all of it or 2 light stain on the doors and slightly dark on the frame work to make the lighter doors pop or vice versa just my opinion As for that pool the cross ties definitely need to go it was popular but it doesn't stand up if you don't keep up with it and clear there's no dead heads to keep it from shifting So looks like the foundation material will need good repacking Had similar job that we redid in a squared up sand stone with 8i block backing with steel rebar reinforcement to act as dead head to control shifting of the 3 1/2 ft wall it's still in place after 20+ yrs and looks good But your on budget so a 8i with a stucko covering to look like rock be better and compaction be easier to shore up pool area As for the concert around pool squeezing it will take few cracks out And there cool seal I think that's the name may have changed similar to rhino liner for truck beds that gives a variety of colors and texture rock like to the area around the pool Had someone who wanted a big change me and boss went to the supplier and saw demos presented to the client he loved it his pool was slightly enclosed by house and small garden run the reddish sand colored seal made it pop especially at night with the solar lights along the edge As for the out building with the chem little alteration shrink the chem side make the other like a two stall dressing area with small pergola extended out for shade might give pool whole new look Sorry for long wind but see it gave me few ideas from my past 😂

I forgot besides rubber gloves and boots a couple of big grain scoops save on the back pain also get one of those big curb garbage cans with wheels it's a life saver and you can close lid on smells😂
